BRIDGE LOANS

A short-term financing solution, typically 20 weeks or less, designed to bridge the gap between your immediate cash flow needs and the closing of your primary financing or bond. Whether you’re waiting on investor funds, deposit returns, or finalizing your completion bond, this loan helps you stay on schedule and in control.

INCENTIVE LOANS

Whether you’re filming in a state offering transferable tax credits or cash rebates, we provide early access to those funds. Instead of waiting months post-wrap, we advance up to 80% of your expected incentive during pre-production and production, giving you critical liquidity when you need it most.

DOMESTIC MGs OR PRE-SALES

Have a domestic Minimum Guarantee or international pre-sales in place? We’ll convert those distribution contracts into working capital - advancing up to 80% of their value so you can finance production without delays.
